To actively respond to the national dual-carbon strategic policy, speed up the breakthrough of Boyu M&E 's low-carbon innovation in the field of conveying equipment, and support customers in realizing green, low-carbon, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly green factories, Boyu Marketing Center collaborated with Technology R&D Center and Manufacturing Center to hold a series of activities titled "Boyu M&E Technology Serves long journey." Recently, we entered Guangdong Tapai Group to conduct face-to-face, in-depth discussions and return visits to the site to check the use of the bucket elevator.

Guangdong Tapai Group is listed as one of the large-scale enterprises supported by the national cement industry structural adjustment policies. In 2022, it was rated 12th place in the comprehensive strength ranking of China's listed cement companies. In recent years, it has actively developed the information management system platform, the green transformation, and intelligence of the cement industry to realize low-carbon production and competitiveness. Boyu and Tapai Group have been working hand in hand for years; in 2017, the large-scale chain bucket elevator was designed for the first phase of the Tapai 10,000-ton line in Jiaoling County and renewed the installed power of the global bucket elevator record. The cooperation of the second phase of the Jiaoling 10,000-ton line laid a solid foundation for collaboration and mutual trust between the two parties.

To further understand the latest cement technology and base management process, the use of bucket elevator on-site check-ups, and customer needs profoundly and comprehensively, the Boyu M&E Service team went into the workshops and sites. The Jiaoling 10,000-ton production line project is a domestic cement demonstration production line with a large unit production capacity, low energy consumption, low environmental pollution, high resource utilization rate, and labor productivity. General Manager Zhong Huasheng introduced that the Tapai Jiaoling 10,000-ton line uses advanced dust abatement, desulphurization, and denitration technologies in the industry, which minimize pollutant emissions, and the dust emissions are less than 10mg/m³, which is better than the national standard; the advanced coal-saving, power saving and waste heat power generation technology in the industry reduces energy consumption and carbon emissions. The comprehensive energy consumption per ton of cement is only 76kg of standard coal, better than the lowest first-level energy consumption limit in the upcoming GB16780-2021 national standard energy consumption. He said that various NSE large-scale chain bucket elevators provided by Boyu have been running smoothly for five years since they were used. They have been running safely, stably, and reliably with low maintenance rates, which has played a role in the smooth operation of the 10,000-ton production line.

Boyu Technical Service team held a technical seminar with more than 20 equipment experts from various bases in Tapai. Zhu Guifang, chief engineer of Boyu, and Zhong Guohong, deputy general manager of Tapai Group, attended the seminar. The two parties carried out in-depth exchanges on many topics such as design concepts, critical points of model selection, optimization of processing technology, equipment installation, maintenance, and use precautions, etc., the application of large bucket elevators, technical transformation cases, steady flow feeding inlet, and joint problems and solutions were also discussed.
