    NE series chain

    NE series chain bucket elevator is the developed product which is introduction of similar foreign advanced technology, is currently more advanced kind of vertical lifting machine, has been widely used to handle a variety of bulk materials, such as ore, coal, cement clinker, grain, fertilizer and so on. In industrial countries, this type of bucket elevator is very wide application. Due to its high efficiency and energy saving, it has become an alternative choice for HL and TH type chain bucket elevator. There are 11 models of NE series chain bucket elevator: NE15, NE30, NE50, NE100, NE150, NE200, NE300, NE400, NE500, NE600, NE800, chain speed ≤40m / min. Furthermore, the company also design extended model its capacity is between the above model based on user requirements.

    NSE series chain

    NSE series of high-speed chain bucket elevator is a new type vertical lifting machine, which is the developed product of introducing similar foreign advanced technology. It is suitable for lifting powder and small granular material, such as cement, coal, other small granular material after crushed and so on. It is widely used in building materials, metallurgy, coal, electricity industry etc.

    There are more than 10 basic models of NSE series chain bucket elevator: NSE100 to NSE1900, lift capacity from 100m3 / h to 1900m3 / h. Choose different lifting speeds and different bucket shapes ( D, A, L type) based on the lifting materials for each model, the maximum lifting speed of 71m / min, the maximum lifting height of 65m. Furthermore, the company also can design extended model its capacity is between the above models according to user requirement.

    N-TGD Belt

    N-GTD belt bucket elevator has characteristics of great conveying capacity/ small size/ low energy consumption/ running stable and reliable/ long service lifetime/ extra high lifting height, it is a new type vertical lifting machine, which is the developed product of introducing similar foreign advanced technology. It can be used for vertical lifting bulk powder materials or small granulated materials. It is widely used for powder or granulated materials with high load lifting system in cement/ chemical / coal/ electricity/ harbor/ food industries. It is specially recommended to use for lifting raw material to preheater in dry-method cement production line/ raw meal to homogenization silo/ cement to cement silo and high load circulating conveying of large ball mill close circuit system, it can completely replace import bucket elevator in same size. So far the maximum lifting capacity of developed product is over 1800m3/h, maximum lifting height is 180m.

Characteristic

Structure

  • blob.pngN-GTD belt bucket elevator is composed of drive device/ head device/ platform and handrail/ intermediate casing/ maintenance casing/ connection channel steel frame/ connection steel plate/ bucket/ belt/ clamp/ tail section/ level limit indicator/ belt drift sensor etc., see Sketch.

    1. Drive device

    This is composed of motor/ hydraulic coupler (flexible coupler)/ gear box/ auxiliary drive and base frame/ torque arm, hydraulic coupler (elastic coupler is used when motor power is less than 30Kw) has a certain function of start buffering protection to motor and gear box. Auxiliary drive is used while maintenance and commissioning.

    2. Head devic

    Head device is composed of upper cover/ head casing/ drive shaft assembly/ dust collection duct/ platform/ maintenance frame/ handrail, platform/ maintenance frame/ handrail should be connected by bolts or welded on site. Bearing support of drive shaft should be minor adjusted to required position during installation, fasten bolts when the adjustment done.

    3. Standard section/ Non-standard section

    Standard section/ non-standard section is the intermediate casing in Sketch, it is used for support and preventing from dust leakage.

    4. Maintenance section

    Maintenance section has a big gate, traction belt and bucket could enter through this gate, and it is convenient to routine maintenance. This section is near tail section. Above the tail section, set maintenance platform for bottom flange is required when engineering design (finish by civil construction). Bucket elevator height over 40m should set two maintenance sections to balance the deviation of channel air pressure.

    5. U-steel frame/ connection plate

    U-steel frame and connection plate is to steady intermediate casing of two channels, strengthen the vertical stiffness.

    6. Tail section

    Whole tail section, including tail pulley/ casing/ weight box/ level limit indicator/ belt drift sensor/ material inlet/ inlet matched flange and cradle etc.

    7. Level limit indicator

    Level limit indicator installed at the tail casing, the installation holes is done when delivery, installation and commission before running on site. Material in tail casing reached the limited level (the installation position of level indicator on casing), level indicator send signal, the preceding equipment reduce or stop feeding (preset on DCS system). Or check if there is fault of inlet, serious damage of inlet receiving plate or material return flow.

    8. Belt drift sensor

    Install belt drift sensor on the two sides of head device and tail section. When belt tracking is over the limited position, the device send signal. Shut down the preceding feeding device of elevator, empty the material of buckets, then stop the elevator, check the belt drift, adjust the belt.

    9. Traction piece/ bucket

    Traction piece and bucket is composed of bucket / bolt/ washer/ belt/ clamp. When belt driven by drive pulley, belt/ bucket/ tail pulley/balance weight generate tension, finish the vertical conveying of materials. Tail shaft isn’t fixed at the tail casing, belt extend by tension, under the force of preload, the tail shaft could move up and down, the constant tensile force is kept.
